About Us
Hammers Rental Properties, Inc. was formed to meet the need for additional housing in the growing communities of Battle Lake, New York Mills and Perham, MN. Construction began in 1991 in Perham on 10 units with two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Over the next 10 years, additional units were built (including duplex units) in Perham, Battle Lake and New York Mills.
With years of experience in the construction industry, Jim Hammers and his wife, Karen, were purposeful in serving the needs of area renters by building spacious units with functional layouts.
Our properties are all located in quiet communities, perfect for our primarily age 55 and older residents. Hammers Rental Properties, Inc. is proud to offer private entrances, attached garage stalls and appliances (kitchen and laundry room) with each unit. Our private patios will offer a relaxing environment overlooking well-maintained landscaping. All units are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
